Dear Parent/Guardian,
Chattooga High School is a Title I Comprehensive School. Title I is a federally funded program that offers our students help in meeting academic achievement and growth, in addition to social-emotional learning needs. We are currently evaluating our Title I program and making plans for next year. The following survey is confidential and will be used to assist us with future planning of parental involvement activities at Chattooga High School. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to complete this brief survey.
